The Thief River Falls City Hall is expected to reopen to the public Wednesday, Aug. 5.
At the Committee of the Whole meeting Tuesday, City Council came to a consensus to reopen the building to the public. The building had been closed to the public since Tuesday, March 17, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Since that time, if someone needed to conduct business in person at City Hall, they were encouraged to make an appointment. City staff then screened the individual for COVID-19 and would then allow that particular person to enter the building.
The public is reminded that masks are required when entering City Hall.
