The Crookston Housing and Economic Development Authority (CHEDA) will hold a public hearing for the 5 year Capital Improvement Plan at the CHEDA Board Meeting on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at 7:00 am at the Valley Technology Park, 510 County Road 71, Crookston, MN 56716.The plan can be reviewed at the Housing Office in Crookston, Minnesota between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Valley Technology Park and at 110 Sargent Street, Crookston, MN 56716 by appointment.
