72 Hour Pick Up by appointment only, Credit, Debit card or cash only, $100 refundable Cleaning Deposit, NO DUMPSTER on site. The winning bidder must contact the manager at 218-556-0866 within 24 hours to set up a time to clean out the unit – if the winning bidder doesn’t contact the manager within 24 hours we will go to the next bidder.
