NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR FORMAL PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE IN UNSUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
TO: ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND CREDITORS:
Notice by publication is hereby given that on the 30th day of December, 2025, at 9:30 o’clock A.M., a hearing will be held in the above named Court at the Pennington County Courthouse, Thief River Falls, Minnesota, via Zoom, for the probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the above named decedent, and for the appointment of Traci Leitheiser, whose address is 4608 Hunter’s Point, Moorhead, MN 56560 and Kristen Rendulich, whose address is 2950 36th Ave. SE, Apt. B10, Grand Forks, ND 58201, as Co-Personal Representatives of the estate of the above named decedent in unsupervised administration. That, if proper, and no objections are filed, Co-Personal Representatives will be appointed to administer the Estate, the collect all assets, pay all legal debts, claims, taxes, and expenses, and to sell real and personal property, and do all necessary acts for the estate.
Notice is further given that ALL CREDITORS, having claims against said estate, are required to present the same to said Co-Personal Representatives or to the Clerk of the Court within four months after the date of this notice or said claims will be barred.
