NOTICE OF AN ORDER FOR HEARING ON PETITION TO AMEND FORMAL ADJUDICATION OF INTESTACY, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, FORMAL APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
It is Ordered and Notice is given that on October 28, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., a hearing was held in this Court at the Pennington County Justice Center via Zoom, on a petition for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of Decedent’s heirs, and for the appointment of Michelle M. Cote, whose address is 13243 330th Street SE, Mentor, MN 56736, as personal representative of the Decedent’s estate in an unsupervised administration. Michelle M. Cote was subsequently appointed in a Court Order dated November 6, 2025, as personal representative of the estate and heirs were determined as to the estate.
Any claims of creditors to the estate of the decedent shall be filed according to Minnesota Statutes, Section 524.3-801 by presenting said claims within four months from the date of this notice or said claims will be barred.
A hearing before the Court on the Petition to Amend the Order of Formal Adjudication of Intestacy, Determination of Heirs and Formal Appointment of Personal Representative and Notice to Creditors was held on December 30, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., at the Pennington County Justice Center via Zoom, on the Petition for Amended Adjudication of Intestacy, and Determination of decedent’s heirs and confirmation of the appointment of Michelle M. Cote, whose address is 13243 330th Street SE, Mentor, MN 56736, as personal representative of the decedent’s estate in an unsupervised administration.
