City of Thief River Falls, Plaintiff, vs.
Carol Weir; and all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, estate, interest, or lien in the real property described in the Complaint herein,
Defendants.
THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon the Plaintiff’s attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above named Court, within twenty (20) days after the service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action involves, affects, or brings in question real property situated in the County of Pennington, State of Minnesota, described as follows:
Lot Six (6) and the South Fifteen feet (15’) of Lot Seven (7), Block Twenty-two (22) of the Original Townsite of Thief River Falls, MN, according to the official Plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Pennington County Recorder.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the object of this action is to obtain a judgment declaring that Plaintiff, City of Thief River Falls, MN, is the owner in fee simple of the above described real property and that none of the said defendants have any estate or interest therein or lien thereon.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that no personal claim is made by Plaintiff against any of the Defendants.
