NOTICE OF INFORMAL PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is given that an Informal Appointment has been made of James Martinez, whose address is 915 Congo Rd, Gilbertsville, PA 19525, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Virginia Martinez, late of Thief River Falls, Pennington County, Minnesota, who died on April 30, 2024.
Any objection to the appointment of the personal representative must be filed with this Court, and any proper petition for formal proceedings must be filed with this Court after the filing of an appropriate petition and proper notice of hearing.
Notice is also given that, subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this notice, or the claims will be forever barred.
