Calendar parking begins Friday, Nov. 12 in the City of Thief River Falls. It is expected to end Tuesday, March 15, 2020. Usually, calendar parking begins on Nov. 15; however, the mayor has the authority to declare a snow emergency and start calendar parking citywide before and after that time frame if needed. Given the snowfall expected in the region in the coming days, the timing has changed.
