Duluth – Mark B. Larson, age 61 of Duluth, formerly of Thief River Falls, passed away peacefully Friday, Aug. 29, 2014 at the Better Living Group Home in Duluth.
Interment will be at Greenwood Cemetery in Thief River Falls.
He was born Dec. 17, 1952 in Thief River Falls the third child of Arthur A. and Ethel E. (Sorenson) Larson.
Mark attended school in Thief River Falls and lived there most of his life. He spent several years at the Johnson Boarding Home and after the death of his mother, moved to Duluth.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents; a sister-in-law, Sandra Larson; and a niece, LeAnn Larson Vollmer.
He is survived by his brothers, Bruce (Marles) of Duluth and Dean of Howard, Colo.; nieces and nephews, Jim (Wendy) Larson of Napa Valley, Calif., Sue (Phil) Peichel of Sartell, and Kari (Perry) Collins of Hermantown; five great-nieces and great-nephews, Molly, Chad, Courtney, Kayla and Stephanie.
