The 23rd Annual Thief River Falls Times Home, Sport and Family Show will be held Saturday and Sunday, April 11 and 12 at the Ralph Engelstad Arena in Thief River Falls with more exhibits and special events just for you!  
    In addition to more exhibits and displays, this year the show will feature the following seminars, which will be located in the Imperial room this year:  
Saturday, April 11
    • 11 A.M. ~ Vegetable Gardening 101 with Kim Swanson of Cabin View Gardens
    • 12 Noon ~ Essential Oil Basics with doTERRA Essential Oils
    • 2 P.M. ~ Fishing on Red Lake Area Lakes presented by Red Lake Outdoors
    • 3 P.M. ~ Foundations of Investing presented by Vanessa Martell of Edward Jones
    • 4 P.M.~ Kids and Essential Oils with Young Living Essential Oils

Sunday, April 12
    • 11 A.M. ~ Having a Chemical Free Home with Young Living Essential Oils
    • 12 Noon ~ Bringing Balance to your Budget presented by Vanessa Martell of Edward Jones
    • 1 P.M. ~ OMG, You’re Texting Your Way to Back Pain presented by Steve Wiseth from Health Quest Family Chiropractic

    • 3 P.M. ~ Basic Oils with Young Living Essential Oils

    This year also adds more fun for the kids with the Kids Activities by the Agassiz National Wildlife Refuge and VIP Puppet Shows by Eagles View Church and spring photo sessions available by Simplicity Photo & Design..
    "With over 150 exhibits, everyone visiting the show will surely find something to suit their needs," said Randy Hultgren from the Times. “We have recreational vehicles, home builders, landscaping, patio, golf carts, ag equipment, home party products, crafts and lots more.”
    The show is open to the public on Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and again on Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. There is plenty of free parking and admission is $3 for adults (16 and over); $2 for children (6 to 15); under 6 free; and families $10. On Sunday, April 12, from 3 to 5 p.m. there will be 2 for 1 admission. Motorized scooters will also be available at both entrances for those who need them free of charge.
