Thief River Falls – Dennis Hanson, 81, of Thief River Falls, passed away on Friday, March 17, 2017 at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, ND, with his family at his side.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at St. Pauli Lutheran Church in St. Hilaire with Rev. Terri Cuppett officiating. Burial will follow at Valle Cemetery, rural Grygla.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, and will also be held one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the church.

Oklee – Ordean Rystad, 72, died suddenly on Sunday, March 19, 2017 at his residence near Oklee, while cutting wood.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at Salem Lutheran Churh, north of Oklee, with Rev. Margaret Jacobus officiating. Military Honors will be provided by the Oklee American Legion Post. Visition will be held one hour prior to the funeral.
