The Pennington County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in searching for a fourth man believed to be involved in two assaults Monday morning in the city of St. Hilaire.
The office is looking for James Michael Dahlin. Dahlin is wanted on felony charges of aiding and abetting first degree aggravated robbery, aiding and abetting aggravated robbery, aiding and abetting second degree assault (two counts), and aiding and abetting third degree assault (two counts).
The assaults were reported Monday morning at a St. Hilaire mobile home court. A group allegedly assaulted two men inside their home with an assault-style gun and some type of wrench, according to court documents. They were later treated and released from Sanford Medical Center in Thief River Falls.
Three other men have been arrested and charged in connection with the crimes. In a complaint against one of the other men, it was alleged that Dahlin had been driving the suspect vehicle earlier that day. He was found with two of the others when a search warrant was executed in connection with the case.
If you know Dahlin’s location, you are urged to call the sheriff’s office at 681-6161.
