Thief River Falls – Joan Koestner, 83, of Thief River Falls, passed away on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at Thief River Care Center, Thief River Falls.
The gathering time to celebrate Joan’s life will be held from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. with a 6 p.m. Prayer Service on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at Johnson Funeral Service in Thief River Falls, with Father Rick Lambert presiding. Burial will follow at St. Bernard’s Cemetery in Thief River Falls.
