Thief River Falls – Donna Larson, 61, of Thief River Falls, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo, North Dakota after a lengthy illness.
Memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 19, 2023 at Johnson Funeral Service in Thief River Falls, with Rev. Kristin Ostercamp officiating. A time of lunch and fellowship will follow the service, and interment will be held at Holt Cemetery.
Donna Jean Larson was born July 29, 1961 in Thief River Falls, the daughter of Irvin and Donella (Taylor) Larson. She graduated from Strandquist High School and attended college at Moorhead State University.
She worked at the Thief River Falls Times newspaper and DigiKey for many years until her retirement in 2018.
Donna lived all her life in Strandquist and Thief River Falls where she opened her heart and home to many pets over the years.
Donna is survived by her sister, Margery (Jim) O’Brien of Woodbury and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
