Thief River Falls – Ruth Marie McDowell passed away on Sunday, Jan. 28, 2024 at Sanford Medical Center, Thief River Falls.
A Celebration of Life service honoring Ruth will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday April 20, 2024 at the Evangelical Covenant Church in Thief River Falls. Burial will be held at Greenwood Cemetery in Thief River Falls.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
