Middle River – Keith Wayne Higginbotham, 75, of Middle River, died on Sunday, April 13, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family.
Keith Wayne Higginbotham was born on February 13, 1950, in Bemidji. He was the son of C. Vernon Higginbotham, Emily (Schummer) and Paul Everhart.
Keith is survived by the three loves of his life and their children, Diana (Eisenhauer) Higginbotham and children, S. Keith Higginbotham and Colleen (Randy) Murdock; Susan (Johnson) Higginbotham and children, Candace (Corey) Boen, Marshall (Jenn) Tennermann, Jolie Teie, and Denise Anderson; and Sony Smith and children John and Melody. Keith was blessed with 25 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by siblings, Donald (Dee) Higginbotham, Paulette (Roger) Walberg, Mavis Halvorson, Rhonda Netland, Renae (Lance) Knutson, Randy Higginbotham, Marlys Higginbotham; and brothers-in-law, Marvin Marty, Dean Vanmill; and many nieces and nephews.
Keith is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Donna (Sis) Marty, Lavonne (Cookie) VanMill; brother, Mark Higginbotham; brothers-in-law, Wayne Netland and Jerome Halverson; sister-in-law, Sue Higginbotham; niece, Amanda Higginbotham; and nephew, Lee Walberg.
Funeral services were held at the Cease Funeral Home Chapel in Bagley, on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 2 p.m.
The interment was at Bagley City Cemetery. A reception followed at the Bagley American Legion Auditorium.
