Ada – Patrick Lee, 31, of Ada and formerly from Gully, died on Saturday, October 9, 2004 near Fosston, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 14 at Hope Lutheran Church in Fosston, with Rev. Robert Dennis officiating. Interment will be held at Poplar Lake Lutheran Cemetery in rural Fosston.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., with a 7 p.m. prayer service on Wednesday, October 13, and for one hour prior to the service on Thursday, all at Hope Lutheran Church. The Carlin-Hoialmen Funeral Home of Fosston is in charge of the arrangements.
Patrick Richard Lee was born on October 26, 1972 in Fosston, to parents Richard and Nancy (Carlson) Lee. He grew up near Gully and attended school in Gonvick and graduated from Clearbrook-Gonvick High School in 1991.
He went to work for Marvin Windows in Warroad until 1995, when he moved to Ada. In 1997, he went to work for Bergstrom Electric Inc. of Grand Forks, N.D. where he was still employed.
He was united in marriage to Tracy Johnson on September 9, 2000 at Poplar Lake Lutheran Church near Fosston. Following their marriage, they made their home in Ada.
Patrick loved to cook, hunt, fish and anything outdoors. He was a big sports fan and particularly liked to watch the Vikings. He also liked to do handywork around the house.
Patrick is survived by his wife, Tracy of Ada; one son, Joshua at home in Ada; his parents, Richard and Nancy Lee of Gully; one brother, Mark Lee of Bismarck, N.D.; two step-sisters, Julie Lee Walker of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and Jackie Lee Reynolds of the U.S. Virgin Islands; two step-brothers, Joel (Rose) Lee of Germany, and Jeff Lee of Las Vegas, Nev.; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by one infant daughter, Miranda; and his grandparents.
