Sometimes casting involves the entire body. Area sixth graders had the opportunity to cast lines as part of Outdoor Education Day. The Pennington Soil and Water Conservation District hosted the annual event Wednesday, Sept. 12 at Oakland Park in Thief River Falls. About 190 sixth graders from Thief River Falls, Goodridge, Grygla and a home school attended.
