St. Peter defeated Thief River Falls by a score of 6-1 to eliminate the Prowlers from the MSHSL Class A Boys State Tennis Tournament.
The Prowlers’ lone win came in the number two singles match, with Jett Cornelius defeating Tyson Schmitz 6-1, 6-3.
St. Peter faces Breck in the Consolation Championship match at noon today.
The Prowlers first-round opponent, Rochester Lourdes, defeated Rock Ridge 4-3 in the semifinals Wednesday morning to advance to the state championship dual against St. Paul Academy-Summit at 4 p.m.
