\"  Badger – Minnie Gunderson, 86, of Badger died on Wednesday, February 28, 2007 in the Greenbush Nursing Home.
    Funeral Services were held on Monday, March 5, 2007 at 1:00 PM in Badger Creek Lutheran Church in Badger. Pastor Jim Christenson officiated. Interment was in Nannestad Lutheran Cemetery of rural Badger.
    Minnie Gunderson, was born Minnie Thompson, the daughter of Halvor and Maren (Jorgenson) Thompson on August 3, 1920 at rural Badger..
    She grew up and attended school there. She married Franklin Gunderson on October 8, 1937 in Nannestad Lutheran Church at rural Badger. They farmed for many years at rural Badger.  She also worked at Polaris Industries and at the Guest House, both in Roseau. Minnie was an active member of Badger Creek Lutheran Church and its Ladies Groups.
    Survivors include one son, Elwood (Gerd) Gunderson of Gold Canyon, Ariz.; five  daughters, Jeanette (Don) Marin of Apache Junction, Ariz., Irene Foster of Apache Junction, Ariz., Delores Witzman of Black Forest, Colo.  Joyce (Alden) Jackson of Badger   and Janice (Arlyn) Anderson of Greenbush; 17 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren; twin sister, Hardis (Oscar) Gunderson of Mesa, Ariz.; and one brother, Art Thompson of McIntoch.
    She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Franklin in 1979; one son, Don Gary Gunderson; three brothers, Trygve, Johnny and Andrew Thompson; and a sister, Jenny Lindland.
