Warroad – Margaret J. Kimble, 83, died on January 19, 2005 at the Warroad Care Center.
 Funeral services were held on Saturday, January 22, at the Helgeson Funeral Chapel in Warroad. Interment was held at the Pine Grove Cemetery in rural Roseau. 
 Margaret Johanna Kimble, the daughter of Florence (Anderson) and Sam Meyer, was born on July 28, 1921 in Pembina County, N.D. She moved to the Pencer area of Roseau County as a young child and attended the Beaver and Pencer Schools.
 She and Almer Kimble were married on Dec. 13, 1937 in Roseau. They farmed in the Pencer area of Roseau County, where Margaret stayed at home to raise her family. She worked in the fall, picking potatoes in North Dakota. She later went back to beautician school in Thief River Falls. She worked for several hair salons before starting her own beauty shop, where she worked until her retirement.
 Margaret enjoyed spending summers in Rocky Point. She loved to fish, crochet, read, do word puzzles, travel and spend time with her family. She was active in 4-H, Homemakers, Thief River Falls Eagles and American Legion and the Farmers Union.
 Margaret has resided the last three years at the Warroad Care Center where she died on January 19, 2005. 
 She is survived by her children, Doris Larson (special friend, Carl Kappedal) of Fosston, Stella Burress (special friend, Jack Capouch) of Baudette, Marjorie (Milo) Broten of Roseau, Eunice (John) Lund of Roseau, Alfred (Eunice) Kimble of Thief River Falls and Harvey (Virginia) Kimble of Warroad; 19 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; siblings, Herman (Dorothy) Meyer, Alice Bretag, Virginia (Hank) Henderson, Stanley (Ruth) Meyer, Ida (Ed)  Holcomb and Leonard (Marina) Meyer.
 She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Almer in 1968; two brothers, Elmer and Clifford; sister, Clarice; two infant siblings; two son-in-laws; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.     A00003B2005JA26″
